if your work has a designated smoking area, which is obviously outside thesesdays since the ban and you smoke there in you own time for example in your break times, can your boss decide that he/she is going to stop you from using it as a smoking place

If it is a designated smoking area then no.

However I think that employers are under no obligation to provide a smoking area at all. So in theory yes.

If it is a boss being totalitarian then speak to HR or his/her boss to see if it is within there remit to stop the smoking area.
The employer is not obliged to provide a smoking area and can remove the facility at any time.
