Hi, Magyar, haven't been at the quiz today so far, but have not come up with anything myself, horses was suggested early on, but I'm not sure, what do you think?

I understand horses for the canal boat as they used to tow them, sugar lumps -eat them, lorry - transported in them but I'm totally stumped as to the hair-dryer, unless they pop down to the local salon for a blow dry :-)
My answer is a rather macabre one and probably totally wrong, and that's not the only one I'll be wrong on either. At least we'll be put out of our misery soon, when jessiedog gives us the answers.
