Hello, I coming out of a junction and as i made the turn the main road was clear but after the turn i heard the hit from the my side of the door and it was a police car. he came very fast with no siren and wen he hit me he switched on his lights. The bad this is tht i was driving on a provisional licencse, no insurance so he charged me with 3 offences 1. driving without due care and attention 2. no licence and 3. no insirance. If i plead guilty to all 3 what is the likelyhood of the fines or charges that i will face? the police ave his statement that i was fast coming out of the junction and i did not check the road if it was clear before making the turn. please can someone help me by giving me some information. thanks
obviously you shouldn't have been on the road in the first place, so it was an avoidable accident. if you've not even passed your test, I'm not sure you would be able to correctly judge speed and distance.
Sorry Sham your in the sh!t, he's in the right everytime and you wont be unless you have a bus load of witnesses.....
Ps you will get the book thrown at you, having no insurance is at least 6 points, no licence is about 3 points and driving without due care is also about 3 points, hmmm that adds up to 12 in my book so you better start getting used to the bus....
Be thankful there were no serious injuries to anyone sham. Two lessons to be learnt here - one, to take proper ones, and two, you're never going to beat the law.
Dont worry - As you drive without license or insurance, you will just go on like before. Lets hope that the only damage you ever do will be to yourself.
