Clearwater

Hi,

we are going to clearwater for our honeymoon and I was wondering if any of you could recommend some good hotels or self catering appartments?

have you been there before? when i went i was bored the whole time, theres nothing there....

however we stayed in the central clearwater radisson hotel, i think it was quite reasonable and theres a swimming pool, hot tub, steam room and fitness room.

no I havent been there before.  we plan on getting a car and doing a good bit of driving around the state so I dont anticipate it being too boring.  we will want a few boring days though as we plan on doing a good bit of relaxing too...

I've been and it was fantastic. We stayed in a holiday inn hotel right on the beach front which was nice.

Can't say I was bored, we hired a car too. There's a local bird sanctuary which is nice, we also hired a boat and saw wild dolphins, hammerhead sharks, stingrays and even a manatee.
