An irish woman pregnant with twins is in a serious accident and ends up in a coma, four months later she stirs and wakes up, realising her pregnant bump has gone she gets into a panic and starts screaming for her babies, once the doctor has calmed her down he tells her that she has a beautiful little girl and a boy and that her brother has been caring for the twins. this worries the lady slightly as her brother is kind of thick.she worriedly asks him what he called her children thinking it would be something horrendous. he tells her that he called the little girl Denise and she breaths a sigh of relief and says oh thats a lovely name and what did you call my little boy? to which he replied Denephew.
