6 not including me
one being a vegetarian :)
You could take some tips from the vegetarian dishes here:

or, scroll down to the bottom, where you'll find the mention of garlic mushrooms, canapes, etc.

Veggie lasagne
Or as Icey has suggested! Lol ;o)
Question Author
lol , thanks both of you
i'll have to check the cupboards - i think i've got lasagne stuff in
and the stuff on the website looks good
might make a soup for a starter :D
Lol - give 'em some of your recipes!
Mine are all carnivorous! Lol
Snap!! tigs!!.....I make mine with roasted peppers--yum
Question Author
lol yeah ;)
and if all goes to the worst , i'll just order a take-away and claim it to be my own :)

Last time my veggie friend came i served a veggie pizza for her and a meat ones for everyone else
she was saying "I'm so proud i've been a vegetarian for 6 month"
only then did i realise she was chewing the meat one as she spoke.
Was a nightmare!
What about pasta with a mascapone and tomato sauce.
Lol - I've had it happen here as well. the roasted veg's a good idea though, and you could always do jacket potatoes with them. just put peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes - whatever, into the oven for 20-30 mins, drizzled in oil. Beautiful.
Question Author
mmm , that sounds easy anough
with all these ideas i might just go and make a feast!
i've already got my sister helping me cook
You could start off with a simple tomato and basil soup - or asparagus - whatever - follow it up with one of the main dishes you decide on, and then finish with tiramasu or a fresh fruit salad (with cream for the non-veggies).
