i made my first (succesful) poached egg like the chefs make em this morning!!!

boiled the water added some vinegar and stirred put the egg in and instead of seperating and going everywhere it developed into a lovely runny poached egg!!

what have YOU achieved today???

Hmmm, i know what i havent achieved...
I got 8 stiches at 4 am today and am proud off athefin that

Cool, mine always end up in bits and pieces even with that method!
Worked on my bum, and got p*ssed.

So not really "achieved" anything, in the conventional sense of the word.

thats the problem leg..... you watch all these chefs do it and they make it look very easy.

figure....... i loved the egg and spoon race.
poached eggs are easy tho ruge, sorry will admit it took me a few years to master a superb fried egg as i always used to turn them into scrambled, however i am now a master off the egg dishes!

fried egg is insultingly easy....... but yet i still cant make the round one's they give you in a Mc breakfast.

and ys i have got a round thing but my egg always sticks to it?
just oil the bottom of the round thing, round the edge

i was always to impatiient and flipped the egg to early hence scrambled, i'm now a little bit wiser in the way of the egg, pmsl
