That is just stupid, they're taking things too far. To me it's just a way of making extra revenue.

Doesn't the houses of parliment have a designated smoking area INSIDE the building, they should send all the over zealous jobsworths there, they'd make a fortune, but there again they'd probably find a way of putting that on their expenses too.
