The back passage is exit only.

I fancy it -ive 'heard' of people who have been veggies for years and years and still meat came out.I dont like the thought of ancient food secreting itself -yeuch !!

I could take it -no pain no gain -just the cost that pains me lol
How would they know it was meat after such a long time? It sounds revolting to think that whatever foodstuff has been 'hanging around' for so long. Think I feel sick now.
The equivalent for a dog is to let it eat a rabbit with the fur on. Has the effect of cleaning out as it goes down and through. Not sure the dog would stand for a hosepipe up its rear though.
I always had problems goin the toilet,sometimes only once a week and the stomach cramps were unbelievable,anyhow 2 months ago i started making fruit smoothies which contain, 1 apple,1 banana,1 orange and 1 pear and a pint of water thrown in,i get exactly 2 pints of smoothie,i now go the loo three times a day and my body feels great and my mind even better,so fruit is the key!
A tablespoon of Epsom salts in a hot drink will work wonders irrigating your colon.
Sure would figure - or, you could opt for the cheap version - a hosepipe and a bucket of soapy water!
