how and where can i buy creosote ?? All the modern expensive alternatives do not seem to last very long.
unless i am using the wrongs ones ?

A very good alternative to creosote is old engine oil mixed with a little parrafin will do the trick and a lot cheaper

many thanks people . I think old engine oil is in abundance so i will give it a try on the buried part of the posts.
