films from dvd

i can copy my films from dvd to my hard drive,but would like to be able to transfer them to my portable storage device (a vosonic) to take on holiday. Can anyone advise please. thanks

how and where can i buy creosote ?? All the modern expensive alternatives do not seem to last very long. unless i am using the wrongs ones ?
