Creosote on concrete

I spent the weekend preparing the garden fences for painting, while i was at work my darling wife decided to be helpful and creosote them for me, this is the first time she has ever painted anything and didn't put down any sheets in case of spillages and splashes, as a result the concrete slabs below the fences are now covered in creosote!

She has tried everything to get it off, we've tried bleach, cheap cola, white spirit, jeyes fluid, pressure washing it, something from B&Q that removes oil from concrete, and nothing has worked

Can anyone advise on what is best to use to remove the creosote from the concrete?

time and washing up liquid.
When I painted our neighbours path (oops sorry Pauline) I used a pressure washer. It worked pretty well.
Thanks for replies Abers.
he has put loads of elbow grease, soapy water , stiff brush etc, and it has faded quite a bit.I can see a trip to b+q coming on for more slabs.
He did have a plastic ground sheet down, but sent the tin flying lol
