When the Red Indian lifts up the sink, I love the music. Haven't a clue what it is, but very stirring.
lajohn, the unforgiven, I hated that film first time, then I watched it again and thought it was superb, probably his best film ever.

The Unforgiven. Funny story.

My father asked me to buy it for him one day on VHS, I think (years ago). And I bought some old 50/60's western instead!!!!

Well it was funny at the time.

But the Clint one is superb. Don't know if it is his best Uncle Raymondo, maybe The Good, The Bad and the Ugly or Dirty Harry gets the vote for me.
From Dusk til Dawn
Memento
As good as it gets
Terminator 2
The Rock
Sexy Beast
Essex Boys

I knew agreeing with a marxist would not last.

I am sorry, I found Momento utterly dull.

But again the rest of Chinas are superb.
i love the old black and white movies especially comedies
charlie chaplin,
harrold lloyd,
the three stooges
laurel & hardy,
some like it hot
to be or not to be
The black and white movies I can think of that I liked are the original psycho, Them and there was one about some old lady vanishing on a train that I liked but the title I don't know.

I think disagreeing on one film thus far and agreeing on the majority is probably pretty good going Abdul.
me too la, charlie chaplin was magic, but buster keaton had me in hysterics, also The lavender hill mob. great expectations,
Psycho
Godfather {trilogy}
Now Voyager
An Affair to remember
The Birds
Shawshank Redemption
the lavender hill mob is downright hilarity. cracks me up every time. not even movies they can make like in the old days.

The Greatest B&W ever has to be when Laurel and Hardy are small children with the proper ones their parents.

Forget what it was called but fantastic.

As for B&W movies, Casablanca anytime or the first half of Wizard of Oz.
