really? how did you decide where to go? Did you have to do much saving up? Did you go alone? Cheers for your response i am genuinely interested as I feel I need to do something with my life!

I don't go backpacking or anything like that - too old, lol.
Just have good holidays as I had a little windfall (very rare spot of luck for me). Sometimes I go with family, sometimes alone. If you are young just go and you can always work your passage if you are hard up.

Well me and mrpuss are just biding our time till we go off into the wild blue yonder, just a few more loose ends to tie up like pets and money and then we plan to buy a big luxury camper van with all mod cons and set off to Dover and get on the next available ferry. Yehhhhhh
