dvd recorder

i am trying to play dvd's that i have played before on my player,its coming up on the tv " incompatable tv system setup".What can i do to correct this,as i have said,i have played these disc's before.Cheers

Have you played the dvds on the same machine? This happened to me and it was because they had been finalised on a different dvd recorder. Other than that, sounds like something has changed with your TV set up and the signal. This also happened to me but I had to get the local aerial firm in to fix it..
