Hi, I have been given the task of selling my fathers 2 Jaguars. They both work but are not in road worthy order so I was thinking less autotrader more for parts or a project for someone. They aren't vintage or anything they are 'G' and 'L' reg JX6's. Does anyone know where the best place for me to advertise them is? or where to start with this? as I have no clue!! thanks in advance x

it depends on how much you want for them, but you could try ebay.co.uk.

Will look into both, thanks x
Ebay could be a good place to sell an XJ6. The safest way to sell them is to accept cash on collection only. Take lots of good photos of the cars, and give as detailed a description as you can.

If youre not used to Ebay, take a look at the Motors Board, where you can look up previous advice or ask a question and someone will help out.

Also you can look up what similar models/similar year and condition are selling for by doing a search of cars for sale.
You could try advertising them in Jaguar World Monthly or through the Jaguar Enthusiast's Club,of which I'm a member and often see restoration project's in it. Also try the various Jaguar owner websites.
