Hi,

i have an australian passport but currently in london with a working holiday visa and i want to travel to amsterdam for holiday do i need to apply for visa to go there?

I am fairly sure you don't need a visa for amsterdam, but you will have to go through the whole 20 questions thing at customs on your way back into the UK (as I found out coming back from Italy a couple of months ago) all about can you support yourself, where do you live, how long are you here for, etc, etc.

 

If you want to work while you are there you will need a work permit though.

Hi again, just double checked the Netherlands Embassy and Australians don't need a visa if they are going there for 90 days or less.
