im using filters, there is phoneline in my perants room which links to mine for the sky and modem, there is a phone in my perants room and one downstairs.
i was thinking i may phone bt but i dont want to pay for an engineer if i dont need to
I had exactly the same problem with BT. They suggested changing the filters for new ones. When this didn't work asked whether I had sky and said this may be affecting it.

Probably not want you want to hear but in the end I changed to another provider.
