Can you still buy Vesta curries?

Loved 'em, they were my staple diet in my student days - helped stretch the grant.

See here vesta curries half way down the list

Memories of the 70's!!  (well for me - don't know when your student days were).  They made quite sophisticated TV ads for Vesta meals, do you remember?

They still do the Beef Curry in my local Co-Op & I think I've seen them in Kwik Save too.   Might buy one next week & have a Babycham to wash it down for old times sake!!

Oh noddy, memories indeed!

When I cooked my first Vesta Paella I thought it was sooo cutting edge.

How young and innocent we were :-D

sainsburys sell them and the paellas also...gypsy
can think of loads of better ways to stretch a grant, they have  never been cheap for what you get.

Nice handy standby to have in the larder.....but not cheap.

Still available online at Tesco.

Still available at ASDA.  However, as your taste buds will have developed over the years, expect to be disapointed.  There are many better convience products on the market.
