I resorted to brandy when I had a tooth abscess (the one and only time I've had it) and I must admit I got to the stage where I didn't care about the toothache!

Big mamma sorry to hear bout your tooth ache I know what that one fells like i had it and was drugged on Paraocetomal and Ibofin 4hourly! i rattled by the end of it! i found a hot flannel or hot water bottle on the side it hurts reqlly helped me cause it keeps it warm reducing the pain!
As for Mr K if you win him your have more then tooth ache you'll have ear ache too cause he dont half keep on! I have selective hearing now! Best thing i ever learnt! LOL!!!
