Hi
Me and Dad are both on Orange mobile phones. he is in Australia and keeps texting me and sending me phone pics of the holiday. Don't get me wrong, i love hearing from him but are his texts costing me anything to receive? and is it costing him a fortune to send pics??!!!

I don't think it'll be costing you anything to receive them but it's a fair bet it'll be costing him a bit to send them. He must miss you!!! :o)
If your dads phone is registered in the UK then it will be costing him a fortune and you wont be paying anything, but if you send him a text then it will cost you a normal fee and your dad will also be charged cause he is out of the UK....
its about 20/25p a txt.
phone orange and they'll give you a good deal. I did my brother is in China and we text for 15p instead of 35p.
Can't you use another means...... such as net??? x
