If you have primary custody and sole legal custody of an infant and a grandparent has partial physical custody every other weekend can you being the primary parent not give the child to the grandparent ?

Pardon? Sole legal custody is exactly that. Partial physical custody is??.... And why should you not allow the grandparents to see the child? I suspect its not their fault and it's unfair for them not to see their grandchild. But, not knowing the facts of the case, its difficult to judge the pros and cons. Perhaps you should consult the solicitors dealing with the case and request their advice.
