fertility thermometers

Hi, can any thermometer be used to track fertility or does it have to be a proper fertility one?

Just the usual thermometer you have, when you are feeling ill. Long time ago now since I did this, but it works. There is a chart on the website below , halfway down the page, click on the link. You have to have sex when your temperature gets to a certain point, I think about halfway thru your cycle. Good luck !

But don't have sex at that time unless you are trying for a baby! I wouldn't use this as a method of contraception !!!! Just when you are trying to conceive.

you need a digital thermometer that divides up in at least 0.1 of a degree
