Do you have a sort of, favourite song that didn't quite make it? You know, one that you thought should have been a massive hit but never was? One of mine is
Marys' Prayer by Danny Wilson. I always thought that would be a mega hit, but perhaps it din't have a prayer!

The Lotus Eaters, had a no 15 position with 'The First Picture of You' in 1983. It was brilliant... just biding my time til some crappy band cover it and ruin its simplicity.

I was convinced it would be No. 1 Christmas '87, but it never made the Top 40. Unbelievable.
