For solving a multiple angle equation, in degrees, when sinx-2=cosx-2

If Sinx -2 = Cosx -2
then Sinx = Cosx
Divide both sides by Cosx
Sinx/Cosx = 1
i.e. Tanx =1
So x = 45 degrees.
Since Tanx is positive in this equation, the list of answers is 45, 180+45, 360+45, 540+45 etc. (First and third quadrants)
Generally, therefore, x = 180n+45
