stuff keep coming up on peoples questions????? ...or is it just me!!!!

Hiya ... I think it means <Paragraph>  in HTML ...  I tried to ask a question the other day, but wasn't signed in at the time, when I signed in, the question was still there, but the <p> </p> 's where there also. Not sure if it only happened because of that reason. After refreshing the page, it would let me post without the offending P's!

 Maybe an Ab Ed would be able to shed some light on the matter!
