Apart from the obvious breast reduction operation, is there a particular exercise which helps reduce the size of breasts? Also does anyone know how much breast reduction is and has anyone on here had it done. How do you feel now.

No, there isn't anything you can do to reduce them, except if you reduced your bodyfat percentage really low, then you might lose breast tissue, but then what's left over will probably droop.

So only alternative is surgery, costing about 4-6K

Thanks for your reply.
Dont they still do it on the NHS if you meet the criteria ?
i.e. severe back aches and physcological problems it causes.I think you have to exagerate a bit but why not try to ask your GP if he will refer you.

To be honest, I'd be too scared of having general anaesthetic!

I had a breast reduction about 15 years ago - brilliant, best thing I ever did, well one of them. Sorry, I can't remember what it cost, not cheap but well worth it !!

Thanks for your answer. I just know I'd feel better but I'd be SO scared.
I have huge breasts and i hate them! i wanted to get them reduced but then i read an article about this lady that was going to get it done but had hypnotherapy to change her frame of mind with her boobs. Try using breast firming mud mask from Wilko's its only 99p for a packet xx

I don't know about the mud but I quite like the idea of growing to love them instead of hating them! LOL
