Last night mrpuss asked me if I wanted any film that he could download off tinternet so I said I would like to see Golden Compass, off he went and produced said film about an hour later. Meanwhile I had a lovely bubbly bath got into silky jim jams pour myself a nice glass of wine, opened a can for hubby, plumped up cushions on sofa, dimmed the lights. Film was put on and it was looking good......but......










He had copied it with the language in Russian.


Ah well yet another of lifes little disappointments.

we had Mr & Mrs Smith in greek!

Also the last one he did was downloading 2 films, I now pronounce you Chuck & Larry which I really wanted to see, and another film. We also have a printer that prints onto DVDs, so he printed the proper film stuff onto them, went to his sisters, watched Chuck & Larry and got to 5 mins to the end when his sister commented that the 2 main blokes were called neither Chuck or larry! The credits then rolled up, and we were in fact watching Superbad!!

Well one time Mr Funny bought a pirate copy of a film we both wanted to see.

Like Puss sat down and it was the worst copy ever made.

The person must have copied it literally in the cinema and there was a whole row of heads bobbing up and down and chattering away, it took up three quarters of the screen.

They even had the people getting up going to the loo and eating popcorn!!!

Mrpuss bought a film from ebay once and although it was not a good copy it was watchable, but at the end of the film it came on the screen that next weeks film on Channel 4 was...........anyway this bloke must have done it once too often he got chucked off ebay.

Is it a boring film really I thought it looked ok, I might not bother now.
