I've been looking for a website that enables me to book flights to multi centres.
For example London to Mumbai to Hong Kong To Tokyo and back to London.

Opodo certainly does this - but I thought most booking websites do it now - it is called 'multi-flight' or some similar name. You select it at the initial point of flight requirements - single, return or multiflight option.
