Blown head gasket or a cracked head
if you are getting oil in the water, most likely mean the head gasget has gone. works the other way as well , check your oil dipstick for any sign of white gunge,
before doing an expensive job, get someone to do a pressure test, simple enough, take out your spark plugs one by one, low pressure between two of them, will tell you where the leak is.
