Oil-Fired Heating System Radiators

There are 11 radiators in the system but 1 has to be turned off permanently. What is the reason for this.? Many thanks. Liz

Opening Winmail In Windows 7

Have hundreds of stored .eml files which I can't open in recently installed Win 7. Have tried a few progs but no joy. Any suggestions, apart from deleting them all! Many thanks
