Is it just me or does anyone else find the majority of the Food Doctor food stuffs foul? Esp the butter stuff. I thought I'd go the whole hog and buy all the products to help me get on with the healthy eating plan only to wish I hadnt bothered.

i haven't eaten a lot of it but the stuff i have i 've enjoyed - have you tried the multigrain pittas?

no I havent. but I think I've reached the point where I'm not going to bother with the diet. No point in eating food that I dont like just for the sake of it
