Fry mushrooms in garlic butter and then add a tub of double cream.........delicious ! A bit of brandy in as well is good !!

condensed mushroom soup
cheap and easy
you can even add cream/booze/grated cheese if you want to

fry chopped mushrooms in butter, stir in a tablespoon of flour, cook 30 seconds then add glass of milk, stirring all the time. Add a drop of sherry, salt and pepper.
