A colleague is leaving to go travelling Europe. I don't know what we should get him as a leaving present because I know he won't be taking much with him.

any suggestions?

I just thought that if he is travelling Europe there may be some language problems and you can buy calculator sized translator thingies where you type in what you need to say,select the language and it translates it for you.My brother bought one a few years ago from WH Smith.

not sure on budget yet because the whole (small) office are putting money it. i think if i think of something good to buy, we'll find the cash for it....

O I think a sat nav would be a great idea.

Other than that dull boring money -on the proviso he buys a moby abroad -so its then cheaper to phone home!
