computer download bytes

I am capped on 2GB per month. If say I used a catch up player to say watch a 1/2 hour TV programme I had missed approx how many bytes would that be. Thanks for any replies.

to keep the numbers easy ... you have a total of 8-9 hours of watching .... per month
