I have been working as a finance officer for 3 years now and the work just seems to be getting more repetitive and tedious every day. I am 22 and would like to look for another job but just dont know what to do. I love organising things and am a bubbly people person so something like events organising would be really good. The problem is, you seem to have to start at the bottom with that type of job and work your way up and I cant afford to take a drop in salary having bought a house last year. I have been looking at lots of job sites but nothing takes my fancy.

Can anyone give me some ideas on what I could do? I am friendly, confident and love to organise. I have background in Human Resources, Customer services and Office work but would like to do something where I am not sitting on my bum all day.

Thank you
