I was wrong. The longest poker game in history apparently took place at The Bird Cage, in Tombstone Arizona. It ran continually for 8 years, 5 months and 3 days. The longest recorded nonstop poker game took place in a tiny WV town in a hotel frequented by coal barons. Seems to me the name of the town was Thurmond, but I' ll have to verify that.
