i maybe sued by a malicious person,  how can I protect my  money, house etc.  I have children can I transfer it to them.

You may like to look at sections 339 - 341 of the Insolvency Act 1986 which enables such schemes to be unravelled, assuming of course that the "mailcious" claimant wins, and then makes you bankrupt.
