Can you be arrested for being under the influence of cannabis even if you are not in possession of any illegal substance and not causing any trouble?

Is very difficult to prove not like alcohol when the intox test is well tried and tested.

Its all up to the custody officer who decides on detention grounds if you are taken to a Police Station.

Its very rare to be arrested for this thesedays.
