Is it correct that you can make calanders on elements. If so pleae tell me what to do.

Elements used to have a Create > Calendar process but it was removed from versions 5 & 6. See here for instructions relating to v5 and v6:

If that all sounds a little complicated, any decent DTP package should allow you create a calendar easily. You can download Serif PagePlus SE for free from here:
