I must say BJ he really annoyed me too, firstly for not taking the time to see that there was a reason for me to ask how you were, secondly for being so rude about it, thirdly for not accepting your thanks when it was given and fourthly it was your post!!!!!! Anyway, not to worry, neither of us have to deal with him in real life, thankfully.
