Blimey that was quick.
what was pippa?
Getting it sorted, red.

I think the 'ignore' option is indeed the chosen way forward here ;o)
Delooze, its possible that you may have committed a crime. If your friend claims you had no authority to access her accounts and you had no signature on file at the bank. The CPS could consider this as a cyber crime.

I feel its important for you to seek legal advice.

I wish you every success

no its OK Vicar because delooze has now found the answer she was looking for and has gone down the route of ignoring as was suggested.

I wish people would give us an idea of the answer theyd like us to give sometimes!
redcrx: You made me smile today! Thanks for that. It has been a challenging day.

do you want to remain friends with your mate or are you happy to lose your freindship for good
consider it as some repayment vicar for all the amusing posts and laughter you have shared since you joined.

I hope your day improves :)

it is sorted as we have decided to leave it she will not contact me and i will do the same no i have not comitted a crime otherwise she would have reported it when it first happened about 6-7 months ago!!!!
Well, this is all about the kind of person you are, isn't it?

Surely you know in your heart whether it was a loan or a gift and very few people can afford to simply write off 1,000.

I would pay the money back, even if you have to pay it back a little at a time. Get receipts and in future, "neither a lender nor a borrower be". Money causes lots of problems in friendships. It's best not to go there except in very exceptional circumstances.
So....you've been paying the bills since 13.....how old are you and your mate? .......You are not surpose to transfer from her account only if she accept .....also.....she can't compesate you and at the same time want it back.....thats a lots of money....if you have the cash....I will advice to kindly give it to her as you need to wait for God to compesate you on that.....I think you will get more than what you've transfered from her account.......I hope your ex does not have money.....for taking it up.
