Are you in the UK?
If you are then the police would probably just tell her to take it up with a solicitor or make a claim in the small claims court. She would have to prove it was a loan though and not a gift I would think.
Yes she can inform the police. They will do nothing about it other than have a good laugh, either to her face or (more likely) after she has left..
But if it was a loan you ought to pay it back.

No It Was A Gift From Her As I Helped Her Out Alot And She Offered It To Help Me With Some Debts

Im Also Worried As It Was Transfered From Bank Accounts Could She Get Me That Way
Have you anything in writing to say it was a loan?

I doubt you have so its your word against hers and the police will as someone said laugh.
Why Are You Writing Like That For?

she could I know someone that took someone to court for borrowing money, and won it back. I think its ridiculous if she was silly enough to lend you it in first place she shouldnt have a leg to stand on. But as I said someone I know got all money back and I dont think she should have

No I Have Nothing In Writting To Say It Was A Loan As She Gave It Me As A Gift

As has been said, the police won't want to know ~ and quite right, too!

If she takes you to court she will have to provide proof that the money was a loan..and you will have to provide proof it was a gift. This is virtually impossible for her as there was no paperwork, and your evidence is only verbal arrangement.

The court will listen to the stories and decide which one to believe. Who knows what the outcome will be?
To be honest I cant see how it would get to court. The police wouldn't take it up, private prosecution I don't think so.

She Has Said She Will Get Me Done For Taking It From Her Account!
I Transfered The Cash From Her Account To Mine What Can She Do?

Many Thanks
Personally I would pay her back if you can and forget about her and the money, Otherwise it will hang over both of you for a long time. I leant someone some money once, we fell out over it and I never saw him or the cash ever again but 5 years later I still often think about it.
She must have done the transfer herself you couldnt transfer money from her account to yours

Personally I would tell her to shove it up her ar5e
Honestly someone I know bought an ex a new washing machine at time of seeing him and helped him out with other things, she had it all on her credit card statements but even though she'd given them to him she got all money back through the courts and even tried saying she wasnt seeing him an the time.
Well yes, I would pay it back too.

It may go to court if she decides to take it through small claims. There will be costs added to the claim, too.

How did you manage to transfer money out of her account, and how much is the amount?
and you cannot transfer money out of her account without pin numbers etc so surely thats her fault for given them to you

Irrelivent question but why are you using capitals for every word its hard to read a bit like that.
