Surely all those that have voted "No" don't have to use Chatterbank, so where is the problem?

I had some of the best laughs of my entire life when deesel was around.
I've still got that question about the guy at work continually calling me a W----R. I might look it out someday, I nearly wet myself during that thread, there were 4 or 5 of us here doing it. I'd maybe better not though, it got banned then so unlikely to fare better now, and it's only day one, so best behaviour.

Why are people voting "no" ?? If they don't like chatterbank then they don't need to look at it. If it offends them then they don't need to come here do they?
I hope the Ed is keeping track of the voters and the IP addresses as to these "no" votes and will ignore accordingly. My guess is that some (with many names) vote "no" because they are either ignored or don't feel important on chatterbank and rather wreck other topics where they get themselves noticed.

Because Answerbank is a Question and Answer site, not a chat room, of which there are many and varied out there in cyber world.
And because the animosity that occurs when the inevitable arguments and fights ensue spills over into other categories, with people taking sides to 'protect' and 'stand up' for their own Chatterbank friends.
Unfortunately, the damage has already been done because alliances and enemies have been made. Much better when the place was 'anonymous' and nobody knew anybody.
