Evening Primrose Oil

Anyone know the RDA;

There isn't an official recommendation for Evening Primrose Oil's Recommended daily amount. But you may get some useful information here. e.g. doubling the dose for two months. No idea or reasoning why though. I may be called a cynic, but they might just want to sell more capsules.

Boots struggled to give an explanation yesterday, showing me two containers both from the same supplier with an RDA of 500 and 1000 with an equally wide variance on the price.. Sayes it depends on the way your system absorbes it. (I think she means internally)
I am a cynic
I'll stick with House of Holland when on offer.
