I never have anything to ask when this question is given at interview... does this look bad? Any suggestions on what I could reply with? Thanks

Hi Stevie1630 if its appropriate for the position you're applying for you could ask what opportunities there are to further your personal development i.e training, Good luck
I usually say something along the lines of 'I did have, but you've covered it all throughout the interview. Thanks!'

Might seem like I'm 'sucking up' but it gets me job offers! :o)
When Im I likely to get to know whether or not Ive got the job or not
questions you could ask , is "am i directly replacing someone , who has vacated a job , or is this an additional vacancy created on expansion " ....... "is there anyone here with certificates in first aid " ,...not a particularly good question ......... or 3) do you have a lot of people who go sick, meaning when people are sick , not present this can cause extra workload, for those attending work normally ** the question marked ** , u should only ask this if you are a person who is hardly ever off sick , ....... , questions like pension fund schemes , employers normaly tell u about that type of thing , at interview ,
someone I know asked 'when do I start' and he got the job!!
You should show that you do not just want a job at any cost, but that it is important to you what that company is like, what their future plans are, how do they think they will develop over the next few months or years. You should of course have found out as much as possible about the prospective employer.
What you do NOT do is ask anything that just affects you - holiday allowances, bonuses etc.
If you want the job, write a letter as soon as you get home, to the interviewer BY NAME, thanking them for their courtesy and just say you are looking forward to hearing from them. If you are the only one who does that, it could just edge a close decision - politeness and courtesy cost nothing.
