As I'm looking for something that's powerful, fast and reliable, that can handle TV gaming and anything resource-demanding, and is good for graphics designing and music, and that doesn't exceed 1.5k

Thanks!

I meant to ask, where are good places to buy new computers?
Well 1.5K is a LOT of money to pay for a PC. You could buy 3 pretty good PCs for that.

But if you are willing to pay the money then Dell have their XPS PCs aimed at the high end and gaming market.

Here is the XPS 710

Note I have not got one of these PCs, I am only going by what I see on the Dell web site.
Even Mac lovers admit Mac are not particularly good for games.

So concentrate on finding a good PC.
actually, dont buy a dell they break ver easyily

if you really want to get a pc i highly reccomend this website

www.overclockers.co.uk you will get ALOT for your money and there are alot of reviews of the full systems you can buy.

for graphics design, music and even now gaming any new mac with the intel chip will be ok aslong as you have sufficient memory etc, you can get a program called parallel desktop which lets you partition your mac HD and install a windows operating system on it, it will be good for running most normal windows applications and even some games but not new high end games.

and if your a student you can get discount on the apple website, www.apple.com then look for students at the bottom of the shop page.
If you want it for games, forget the Mac for now.

If you're content with internet games and the games that are compatible with Mac too (and more are coming quite soon, from EA and others), then consider the iMac.

If you want an Apple computer, buy from Apple. Either online at their store, or at an Apple store.
For a top PC that is good for games and music visit www.scan.co.uk they offer all you could need in a PC and their prices are very good.
