Ridiculous Question, but it's on my mind...Do Tampons ever expire? (Because some are deoderized).

Can't think of any reason a tampon would deteriorate as long as they were kept in clean, dry place. Deodorised tampons? Now that I find difficult to understand. Completely unnecessary. Why treat a menstruating body as if it is dirty? There will be no odour from menstrual blood until it meets air.
