Since having a new cambelt fitted there is a small knocking from the nearside front during normal driving when going over small bumps.
Sounds like a ball bouncing. Had bottom ball joints, brakes and suspension checked, all ok.

Any ideas please.

sounds like anti roll bar link rods ask them to check not always easy to tell
make sure they tightened all the bolts on the engine mounting they had to remove/refit when the cambelt was changed.
