Usually near the pasta & rice.

or with the dried peas and couscous

If you have cornmeal, you can substitute it - it is just a tiny bit finer grind - but MUCH less expensive here in the USA.

If you search for it on the tesco website, it is on the "pasta and pasta sauces" aisle. I usually find the tesco website correct!
